The Way Home is an impressionist abstract landscape. With the warm glow of Autumn the landscape comes to life, gathered like a colourful choir singing to Autumn’s splendour. My hope is that this painting brings a sense of calm to the room where it lives, and that is makes the people who enter the room feel as though a part of nature is right there with them. Layered acrylics and inks on a texture base on stretched cotton canvas.
